Memory Organization

Memories are organized into segments following a hierarchical path, as described below:

  • memories.customer.{ customerId }: Memories related to a specific customer.

  • memories.customer.{ customerId }.call.{ callId }: Memories related to a specific call.

  • memories.customer.{ customerId }.sms.{ threadId }: Memories related to SMS messages exchanged with the customer in a specific conversation thread.

  • memories.customer.{ customerId }.facebook.{ threadId }: Memories related to Facebook messages exchanged with the customer in a specific conversation thread.

  • memories.customer.{ customerId }.instagram.{ threadId }: Memories related to Instagram messages exchanged with the customer in a specific conversation thread.

  • memories.customer.{ customerId }.task.{ taskId }: Memories related to a specific task.

  • memories.customer.{ customerId }.opportunity.{ opportunityId }: Memories related to a specific sales opportunity.
